When I don't eat enough starchy carbs, I get heart palpitations, don't sleep well, and crave sugar like a wild woman. When I eat enough carbs, my heart is calm, I sleep like a baby and no sugar cravings. When I go too long without having butter because I've been eating coconut oil instead, I feel like I could eat a whole stick of it. Everything is better with butter! I never really get cravings but I am hungry all the time unless you want to call it just a craving for food in general - lol.
